Death Shall Bow

It was supposed to be simple. We had it all figured out. Summon Death, strike him down, and take back my birthright. My throne. Then Death’s gaze fell upon the one person I could always count on. My confidant. Forced into a blood pact to save him, I found myself in the realm of eternal night. Anathema: where the wicked play and darkness reigns. But Death forgot one very important detail. Never underestimate the lengths a woman will go to protect what is hers. My wrath will be his end.
